You need to test before you go as you may need a pure sine unit as modified sine does not work for a lot of stuff
I second this. Check with your CPAP manufacturer. You don't want to fry your machine. I tried using a modified sine inverter to charge my CPAP's battery backup. Maybe it's just coincidence, but the battery failed after the second time I charged it this way.
