I'm also aware of a gentleman that successfully sued a motorhome manufacturer for not indicating in the manual that when the coach was on cruise control he was required to stay in the driver’s seat and steer the vehicle. Stupid does not know any bounds.....I sincerely hope Wal-Mart does not become a victim to injustice.
