We stayed here last year a week in February. Under the highway but we weren't bothered by that. They have excellent directions on how to get into the park from the highway. The park has a high brick wall with razor wire on top which made us feel safe. The amenities are very nice and the workers very helpful. Easy talk to French Quarter
