I'm currently on a trip and while at the campsite I was inside fooling around the kitchen when I heard a loud bang. I thought something fell on us, but when I went out to look, the bedroom slide topper was completely unwound and there is no tension on the roller. Any body out there ever experience this? I know I'm going to have to roll it up by hand and secure it to get home, but for the spring just to let go has me wondering. Thanks in advance, Paul

I have a 2017 Tiffin Allegro RED and the steps started acting up. With the switch on, when I close the door they stay deployed, thereafter about 5 minutes or so they retract. Sometimes they stay retracted but sometimes the re-deploy with the door closed, not a good condition going down the road with the steps going in and out. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I have a 2017 Tiffin Allegro RED and on my last trip the generator stopped picking up the load. It runs but won't transfer over. The shore line still works fine, but the Onan just runs and the house batteries keep inverting. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
