Winnebago adventurer 2005- I have hot water but when I turn it on it runs a few seconds and stops. This is in shower, kitchen and lavatory. If I turn on the shower, it’s hard to turn it cool enough but when I press the cut-off valve then open it I can’t get the water hot enough. Could a line be clogged and where do I look?

Is there secure parking for our motorhome where we park for an Alaskan cruise or should we leave it at an rv park? We don't know if we should stay in the states and leave from Seattle or go into Canada and leave from Vancouver.
