Yes, I was talking about the ATS. We have a Monaco Knight 2006. However, the ATS went out in January and we had it replaced with a Parallax Power Supply Model ATS 501 Series in January while we were in Arizona. We have a 2 year warranty on this and when I called the person who put it in and explained that the switch was not giving us electric power on the generator (it works great on shore power) he said that any RV Repair place should be able to replace it for us. We just don't want to go to anyone and would appreciate some suggestions.

We have just arrived in Colorado Springs, CO and need to have service on the Transfer Switch on our Motor Home. Does anyone have suggestions on where we can go for service?

We have a 2006 Monaco Knight and had a crack in our tank. It began as a small leak and by the time we got to a repair center (about 3 weeks) we needed to place a container under the pump to catch the fluid. Since the fluid that leaked out was clean, we just poured it back in which allowed us to pull up the jacks and we were on our way. The tank was replaced and properly supported. We haven't had any problems since.
