I happened to drive by there a couple of weeks ago. Seemed to be mostly permanent units and park models. It's inner city and in an industrial section of town. I don't know about train traffic,but would think it would be minimal as the track goes thru town and would be a disruption to traffic and the main CSX route is a mile or two away to the east
