Wow, I thought this was a test! 6 volt batteries can’t be wired into the coach the same as 12 volt batteries. I hope he hasn’t powered up in “series”.

Is this the old style thermostat with 4wires, or the newer 5 wire style?

In our 2000 Newmar, with a Dometic system, we found JimFredichs in Mission, Tx. He could rework the thermostat, which was a problem with these systems. His phone number is 308-440-5754.

I would take a sample and have it analyzed. It might help by ruling out the fluid and help pinpoint the problem.
