I am a Canadian driving a 35' Class A Winnebago Voyage with 8.1L Vortec gas engine. I dinghy tow a 2009 Honda Fit weighing around 2,000 lbs. According to information I have obtained, some states have Special Requirements, some have either a 1,000 lb. or 1,500 and some a 3,000 lb. limit for needing a BRAKING SYSTEM. Any comments???
