I had similar problem when we put receivers in our coach. Our problem was our Direct TV installer. He insisted on putting it on swim, it has to be on multi-switch. The manufacture of our dome said always remember RV's don't swim. As soon as we changed it we had TV. Good luck! It's frustrating.
