I'm looking to purchase a toad vehicle and a tow bar and braking system in Southern California area. I am looking for a complete working system that is under $5,000 -- the plan is to use it for a summer trip and sell toad w bar / braking system at the end of the summer - maybe my Class A diesel as well.
