Our grill cover also fell off and was damaged, but it was my own fault for inadvertently leaving the two doors open when we drove off from a rest area. Where and how did you get the grill replaced? Monaco does not carry the part, but they can order one from the original manufacturer for high $$. Did you find another source for the grill?
