Hello, I have an Allison HT740 Transmission. Can anybody tell me from the picture that I have attached ... what are those oil (probably) lines that are above the oil drain plug? From the oil pan? This picture is the rear view of the transmission. There are also some wires (probably give electricity) there and I don't know what they are for! Most of these transmissions do not have those things. So, can anybody help me? Chris

Hello, My name is Peter and I have a truck with over 800Ps horsepower. I have found a Allison ht740 and ht 740d transmission (i heard that it is strong enough to do the job. It has no pcm and any electrical wires) and I want to find the shifter. Do you know how this shifter works? (with shifter tube or electrically)? I don't know what is the serial number for this and I am in desperate. What is your opinion for this transmission and if you can help me to find this shifter.I checked on ebay and i can't find anything. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME Thank you very much Chris
