Hello Rich Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I had to return the original remote to get the new one on warrantee. RTI does not do programming and I didn't think to take it to a computer tech to retrieve the data before I sent it in. What I'm hoping for is that someone has the same Country Coach and I can get a copy of the memory chip. It's a 2007 Magna 630. I can't believe how much I used that remote. Heather

I crushed my remote control in the slide -out and have replaced it with a new one. I've unsuccessfully tried to obtain the settings from "Country Coach" and also tried to find out the company that programmed it. I desperately need the settings downloaded as it will cost a small fortune to have it done. it is a simple task to download the programming to a PC and forward it, providing someone has the same coach or a similar one.
