[Honda Parking Lights & Tail Lights On When Towing]

I took the Honda CRV 2014 to Big Mess World to get new wiring fixed for towing.

Question: The parking and tail lights are on all the time when towing, is this right-- when switch is on to let elec. from coach go to battery?
