We take fairly long RV trips (2 to 3 months) and always have serial TV programs that we have not watched on our DVR. The older Directv DVRs let us take one with us (we have 3) and watch what is recorded without setting up the satellite dish. We do recording on the DVR's at home via internet and just want to watch the recordings on the DVR we have with us. We wonder if anyone has tried this with the new Genie DVR(HD44). If so, would like to know if it works. Thank you. Pat
