Hi! My name is Marilynn and my husband and I stayed at Turning Wheels about 3 years ago. They did the warranty work on our new Monaco.. Before arriving, quite by accident, we had been in another facility that Monaco had suggested in Leesburg. While we were there we also got locked in the MH.. We called the facility (we were camped in their service area in the back) and adjusting the door lock was one of the issues we asked to be addressed. We managed to get out before the service manager got to our coach. He comes in and has this look like "and you got locked in here?" we replied yes the door would not open.. Well, he went to leave and he found getting out difficult. To make a long story short, we left there for extremely poor service. We chose the camp ground adjacent to Turning Wheels ( can't remember its name now) and Turning Wheels completed our warranty work. They were competent and nice. I am currently in Sarasota Fl and will be returning home when my son arrives Friday to help me drive home. My husband died 2 years ago at Eustis Fl and I was trying out the MH by myself with my new dog. Take care and enjoy! Respectfully, Marilynn
