I am not a mechanic. I had the same problem. On my 1999 Safari Zanzibar with an Allison 3060 there is a sealed box with one fuse and 7 relays mounted next to the steering column inside cockpit. It had about six screws securing the weatherproof box. Inside I found a 10 Amp. fuse that cost me $1500 to replace, I'm sure yours will only cost 39 cents. Good luck. Ron Schroeder F426276
