New blue ox patriot 2 braking system installed on 2019 jeep Grand Cherokee, pulled by 2008 gulf stream sunsport 32'. When appling foot brake in rv, the system doesn't apply brake in tow vehicle, but if I press the manual button on the remote switch in rv it applies the brake. Any idea's Thanks Jim W
