Manual states disconnect negative battery cable in car before towing. That cable is VERY difficult to reach. Is it OK to disconnect the positive cable which is easy to reach? Of course you would be careful to not arc the cable, and wrapping it and securing during towing.

I am deciding on regular or all terrain Roadmaster tow bar. Does anyone have coments or suggestions based on personal experience?
