I generally like Thor products and I hate to post this but I've owned a new Palazzo 36.1 now for almost 10 months and both slides, both air conditioners, the loft bed and the monitor panel have all failed already. I'm disappointed and expected more from Thor. Camping World service is a complete bust as well and I will not return there for service.
