how do I remove water stain from the ceiling

How do you release the hydraulic parking brake on a 1998 Chevy P30 chassis? If the engine does not start, the brake will not release.

1998 WINNEBAGO 454 ENGINE..WHEN I TURN KEY STARTER WILL SPIN ENGINE BUT WILL NOT START AND THERE ARE NO GAUGES WORKING ON DASH. ALL FUSES UNDER DASH WORKING...DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING?? IS THERE ANOTHER FUSE OR PLUG THAT WOULD CAUSE THIS PROBLEM...???ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE APPRECIATED. PLEASE POST HERE OR IN ELECTRICAL SECTION OF POSTING...THANKS

After attending the Richmond Nascar race when I tried to start my 1998 Winnebago Adventurer with Chevy 454. The starter turned over as to start the engine but the engine would not fire up and none of the gauges on the dash would move. The hydraulic parking brake would not release. All the fuses under the dash test out OK. Is there another fuse someplace that would have blown that I have not found or if anyone know of anything that could be causing this please let me know. The battery is up.
