Roof A/C Ductwork

I have a 2005 Beaver Santiam 40 PDQ. Is the ductwork on front and rear roof top a/c units one piece or is it 2 separate ductwork systems? I would like to only run front unit when sleeping and rear unit on when watching TV, etc. barryair457@bellsouth.net
