Sounds like you guys have a lot of experience with AH. I was servicing mine this week and had to replace hose to overflow tank because it broke and dumped a lot of my fluid on the ground. Replace hose and replace cap on the boiler. Now the cap won't seal. Looks like the area where the cap seals is out of shape or worn. how do you go about getting it to seal again.
