As a general rule of thumb, I would only tow a vehicle if the owners manual that came with that vehicle had a section on Recreational Towing, that gave specific instructions for towing that make and model of vehicle. You could try to contact the maker if there was nothing in the owners manual about it, but I think that if it's not mentioned, then you can't do so safely.
