Monaco 2001 Knight dash air problems.
Has anyone replaced the compressed air powered vacuum generator with an electric vacuum generator? If so which one did you purchase....I was told that a Ford product works for this.....My original equipment vacuum generator does not work consistently.
I have checked for vacuum leaks and the fact that it works some if not most of the time leads me to believe that there are not any vacuum leaks. For unexplained reasons it will quit and of course default to the defroster which is what it is suppose to do.....I have replaced the original equipment vacuum generator once already and am looking for an alternative.
Also if anyone knows, what are the two wires that are attached to the original equipment vacuum generator purpose?
