1989 Suncrest starter battery location

We moved into a 1989 33' Suncrest from a 1985 31' Allegro. In the Allegro the deep cycle batteries were on the left side and the starter battery was in front of the right front wheel. The Suncrest's deep cycle batteries are again on the left side but we haven't been able to locate the starter battery in any of the expected places. Before we go digging and tearing things apart and getting eaten by spiders, we're hoping someone can tell us where to look. The owner's manual says absolutely nothing! Thanks.
