Well, I just had some work done at Taylor Automotive, in Dickinson, Texas.

I had my 2008 Winnebago Destination in because the dash air wanted to creep up and blow warm air after about 80 miles or 2 hours (which ever came first). It was worked on in Savannah, GA by a knowledgeable person, but the problem returned. It was worked on by Freightliner of Houston, but the problem returned.

What Taylor Automotive found was a split vacuum line under the dash that controlled the damper - not the one outside, but the valve fitting under the dash. It was blowing cold air on the way home.

Now, when I stopped to enquirer if the could work on it, I was met by Kenny, who has only been there for a short while. I found out later that the owner, Frankie, was out with his racing team. Kenny was most polite, and it appeared that he knew what he was talking about. I left the coach on Friday night about closing time, they made room for it inside one of the bays, and fixed it by COB Monday. Cindy, Frankie's wife, was most gracious when I picked up the coach. To me, it's the way customers should be treated, and they go the whole mile. (I may have paid extra for that service! Ha!)
