Access Pass qualifications have been changed and some existing pass holders will no longer qualify for Access Pass benefits under changes designed to bring the programs eligibility rules in line with state law. See below the codes that still qualify and those that don't: VALID CODES: VA, DD, DF, AM, WC, BL, MH INVALID CODES: SS, CA, PA, LB, WK, RR, KR, HR, CR, OX, ST RESERVATIONS: Made on May 18, 2010 or before - Access Pass holders will receive the refund as you normally would. The patron will get an AP refund for the base rate. WALK-IN CAMPING: up until May 18, 2010, Process the AP walk-in and the patron will only pay amenities and the $ 2.75 fee MAY 19, 2010 EFFECTIVE DATE: Access Pass card holders with codes SS, CA, PA, LB, WK, RR, KR, HR, CR, OX, ST in no LONGER VALID and the AP discount cannot be applied. The patron will need to pay full amount at the of check-in. Yes this even means if your pass does not expire until 2013 you will NOT BE ABLE TO USE said Access Pass card under these new rules. Just wanted to let you know so if you have a Access Pass you better make your reservations ASAP before the May 18th, 2010 deadline. All this is so the state can save a $1 million.
