wholesale Warranties RA and Tire Protection

Has anyone looked at or used the RA or Tire option from Wholesale Warranties? I have Wholesale for Extended Warranty so I found out they also off RA and a tire and wheel package. I've had a hard time finding any reviews from anyone that has used them.
