Progressive Industries (PT50C)

While on my trip I had a problem one day setting up my PT50C. It just would not come on. No lights, etc., so I called Progressive Industries and was told to send it in. I did, and a follow up revealed that there was water damage. Apparently the seal around the pig tail ws not what it was supposed to be, or maybe I just did something.

Anyhow, Progressive Industries repaired the unit and sent it back to my in a fast turn around.

Great service and support from them.

They get an AAA+ in my book.
