HVH Heat Pump Cooling Failure

We have an 09 Tiffin Allegro Bus with two rvp heat pumps. Both pumps operate normally in the heating mode. The larger of the two units, trips it's breaker after a minute or two of cooling.

Anybody have a clue what's going on?

I thought between the heat and cooling modes, it only reversed.

How can it operate in one mode and not the other?
