dillon Report post Posted June 15, 2013 Hello, I have a 1987 Southwind with a 454 engine in it. My question is... It looks like I might be missing a part to the carb air cleaner intake. The approximately 4" hose runs from the air cleaner to the inside firewall and ends there at a cutout that looks like it was made for it but the hose just droops down at the cutout, I had to get a metal air duct part to keep it at least aligned with the firewall hole. Would there be an extension intake hose part that runs from there (the firewall) to the front grill area for better cold air intake?? Thanks in advance for any info.
