2005 Safari Trek 28RB2 - Hella Headlights

URGENT!!

I have purchased a 2005 Safari Trek 28RB2 Motorhome on a Workhorse W20 chassis, which is equipped with a Hella quad 5 3/4" headlight setup.

The part numbers on the light lenses are:
301-133-088
301-133-089

I have imported this Trek into Canada.

One of the lights has taken a stone through the lens and needs to be replaced before the MH will pass the Transport Canada Compliance Inspection. I have only 3 weeks to before my inspection deadline expires.

My queries are:

1. Where can I purchase replacement light units or substitutes.
2. How do I replace the broken unit? There is nothing in the manual about headlights and I can't see how to access the retainer ring screws to release the headlight unit or to tighten to hold the new unit in place unless the the little plug caps around the lights are to be removed for access to the retainer ring screws.
3. How is the aiming adjusted? Again,I can't see how to adjust the vertical and horizontal alignment unless the the little plug caps around the lights are to be removed for access to the alignment screws.
