bizsmith@yahoo.com Report post Posted August 30, 2014 Normally I winterize my motorhome myself and in the past now problem. Last fall I had Shorewood RV in Ramsey Minnesota do the winterization. During last winter's Polar Vortex my fresh water system froze with extensive damage. Shorewood's solution was to change one O-ring. They refused to let me show their technician the problems I knew existed. I took the motor home to another repair facility and because it is older it took all summer and a lot of money to fix all the problems. My question is - what can I do about Shorewood's incompetence? I have a feeling that is a battle I could not win.
BillAdams Report post Posted August 30, 2014 You can't, and it's likely too late to prove what was done was done by Shorewood's negligence, but you can document the repairs, send some certified letters and when all else fails engage a lawyer. I suspect that Shorewood did some repairs and you did not require them to do the others you may be dead in the water. HOWEVER, I am not a lawyer and I think you need some legal advice.
