Locked in motorhome

We were camping this weekend in our 2006 Coachmen motorhome that we purchased about two months ago. We have had problems with it. This weekend we were camping at Turning Wheel RV Center in Ocala, Fla. My husband got locked in the motorhome for about two hours. We were camping with the Florida Ramblers.
