Merchant Alert.  Buyer Beware!!!   Like many RVers we experienced a Cooling Unit failure with our Norcold refrigerator.  We ordered a new unit with a Lifetime Warranty from Arcticold Refrigeration--Renaud Mills New Brunswick E4V2X3.  This was the mistake of our lifetime.  This so called company has been shut down in the past for bad business practices.  We had no idea.  The company was allowed to reopen but they are right back at it again.  After paying 700.00 we have not heard a thing.  E mails not answered, phone calls not returned, and no cooling unit. Stay away from this company.  FMCA, Good Sam Trouble Shooter, Better Buisiness Bureau, and Consumer Protection Agency has been alerted and involved.  Canadian law is very lenient in these situations so be very cautious.  We are not negative people and do not want to come across as such.  Just do your homework when buying out of the country.
