Sore feet for both of us... since Monday June 15, we have been tourist every day....

On Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, we bought and used "Hop-on/Hop-Off" tickets from Gray line Tours. We've seen all of the presidential memorials, and Arlington Cemetery and the Changing of the Guard. We saw the war memorials, both during the day and a second time in the evening.

On Tuesday we had lunch at the Smithsonian American Indian Food Court, and the food was terrific... we recommend it to anyone. Tuesday night we had dinner with Lexi and Dan at an popular greasy spoon diner.

On Wednesday we picked up the UHaul tow dolly. The pickup process was easy and the tow dolly works fine.

Thursday we spent all day at the American History Museum. We had lunch at the American Café (think of hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, BBQ), the café experience was very good, it was easy to get to and lots of room to sit. Thursday evening we had dinner with Dan (our future son-in-law)(Lexi was working) at a Salvadorian Restaurant.

We stayed busy day and night for four days.... Whew! It was a lot to see!

On Friday, June 19, we plan to leave the Cherry Hill RV Park, and head to Williamsburg VA for a couple of days.

Stay turned to more adventures,

Dale, Trudy, and Doug
