Hugeshocker

Just received my 5G Mifi. Seems to work well, with two exceptions. Our micro-air easy touch rv thermostats cannot seem to connect to the internet. The thermostat says it is connected to the network, and the signal strength is excellent, but there is no internet. The other devices on the network all work. I’ve contacted sprint/T-Mobile tech support, not much help. ideas? Suggestions? Thank you
