I am also wondering what is up with this. It would have been nice if they provided a more detailed notice on why they aren't accepting new sign ups. I just went out to today sign up, having joined FMCA last fall. We are getting ready to "hit the road" in March and wanted to have hot spot capability and the Tech Connect + was a primary reason for joining FMCA.
