I am planning on taking 89 from Flagstaff to I-15 in July. Haven't been on the section from Flagstaff to Page before, but, I have been from Page to 1-15. It's a good road, and very few towns. We plan to cross over to 15 on Utah 20. It is a truck route, so, if they can make it, I know I can. I've been on it in a car before and the pass is a bit steep but you get more interstate driving. than if you took 89 all the way up to I-70. Utah 20 is also an easier road to drive in a large RV than Utah 14. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LEAVE 89 AND GO TO I-15 THROUGH ZION NATIONAL PARK ON UTAH 9 (ZION PARKWAY). You have to go through a tunnel and need an escort which has to be arranged in advance and there is a fee for this service. They need to close the tunnel to other traffic when you go through. I've never done it and I don't think its worth the hassle to try it.

Now that you are owners at Deer Creek, you need to update this post. We are now happy owners of a little piece of Paradise at Deer Creek, as well. Can't wait to get there.
