About Me

Our entry into the RV world was in a 23' 1992 Ford Four Winds.  We traveled from Georgia to Ottawa and back, from Georgia to California and back, and other random trips to NJ and TX (son is active duty Navy airman) to see the grandbaby, and short jaunts to surrounding states.  We racked up around 10k miles, not much but we're just occasional campers at this time.  We loved our lil RV, but my back needed a walk-around bed.  So we upgraded to a 30' 2014 Thor Freedom Elite.  What a difference!!! Gone is the cozy snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug feel;  now I feel like I'm in a rolling apartment!  HA!  But we love it!!  For now we are practicing for retirement.  As soon as hubby retires in a couple of years, we look forward to traveling and getting involved with the organizations with which we are currently members.
