  1. I have been having trouble with my new Alcatel modem. It turns itself off several times a week, sometimes several times a day. Also my speeds have been inconsistent. According to https://uncruise.com/pages/small-ship-cruise-safari-endeavour some of these are defective. I filled out the form and submitted it. Supposedly they were to respond within 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive the promised response so I called the tech support line, but they were unable to help. Anyone having similar problem? Any ideas on how to procede? Nat

  3. I signed up for the FMCA Tech Connect with Sprint option. I quickly received a confirmation notice and my credit card was quickly debited. The website claims shipping in a few days. It is a week later and I have heard NOTHING else. No shipping notice. No product. No further communication at all. I called FMCA number but nothing has happened. BEWARE!!! Please see followup posts. The problem was resolved.
