The cost of buying and owning a high end motor home is enormous ie. depreciation, taxes, always something not working(too many gadgets). I recommend finding a good low-milage, used unit. Much of the depreciation has occured, the value for taxes is less and many of the bugs have been fixed. We have to sell our Beaver unit because I have to put off retirement and It will turn out to be the worst investment of my life although the next owner will not fair as bad. Wilson Sprenkle F365917
