Now with their stuff you can do it your self or take it to them and have it done and over with in just 8 hrs . Sounds like if you do it your self with no paint lost for less than $200.00 . So if you front end has stuff gowning on it you might ck. out this Vid. removing Diamond Shield

Ok , no one knew any thing , so w/so few places to have this work done, I went ahead and took the MH there last week. Price was right and look as if they do a lot of MH work. The two other places that run ads on MH paint w/in 2 1/2 hr. from S.E. Ohio did not return calls. Well up date when I get it back.

Mark all the way down the side. It's only about 1 1/2 wide but two places it's deeper than the paint. any info on Star Jet by **** Cahill
3235 McKinley Ave.
Columbus, Ohio ,,,I'm in S.E. Ohio
Thanks for any help.

Good to know , I think! I have the mold growing on my 12 Georgetown. Have been talking w/Forest River about it . They say it's on Diamond Plate folks. But they happen to be right down the street. The person I talked w/there said he has never heard of anything like this and if it was on them they would fix it. Soooooo I go to Elkhart on the 7th of July for some work at FR then we will see about the mold.Yell at me after that & we will see what happens and how it's done. ( I hope)

The swollen cables is the corrosion buildup, not a good thing.
When you replace everything put a protective coating of some sort on the terminals.
I prefer a spray that has a red tint to it and seals out the oxygen and prevents corrosion.
Had that on mine when I got it.
Qustion is what is it and where to get it?

May be it was better than being inside w/DW?

Don't think so. Most of the time if you pay cash the dealer will make less because the banks pay them to write the deal up and for getting them the loan-- called dealer prep.
I sold cars for a year and sometimes make real good money of the DP and the higher the rate they get you the more they make!

OK I'll say it for you " It's Not cheap"

For the most part, you can possess a shotgun and/or rifle. You can't have a handgun unless you are in the state where you would be licensed. Only licensed law enforcement or retired law enforcement with a federal license can carry a handgun across state lines. Also, some campgrounds do not allow guns.
As a retired law enforcement officer, who has the right to carry a hand gun, I must tell you, leave it home. I never needed it and do not carry when camping. Too many things could go wrong. Like a kid getting hold of one's guns.

That might have been so years ago but BS now. MY CCW from Ohio is good in most state."49 states have passed laws allowing citizens to carry certain concealed firearms in public, either without a permit or after obtaining a permit from local government and/or law enforcement"
http://www.carryconcealed.net/legal will asn. for you.

To those with money $35.00 for 5 to 7 hours sleep then moving on is to high for my blood. One reason I carry my own bed.
Not to pay for a few hours sleep.

Under the hood, I think alot of changes took place in 05 & 06. So I looked for 07 or newer? And yes 50 amp would be nice.

Just this week did our 07 MH. Roof was dirty was about all. As we got it last July, so one year outside. I used the Gel-Gloss Heavy Duty RV wash and wax from CW. It really was much easier that I was thinking it would be.(still worked up a sweat) but old and good eating will do that to ya. OK ? is I know this is better than nothing but should a guy go ahead with a coat of something like Mop & Glow anyway. Or should I quite thinking , sit down and have a cold one because it will be fine?

will do.

Got my lights for the toad. The Roadmaster Magnetic with round 4 prong plug.
On MH I have round what I will call 7 prong ( six flat around the outside and one round in the middle.)
Can not find a 7 to 4 on line . I know that sometimes there is also a flat 4 plug alone with the 7 round on some trucks but can not see one.
Is there and easy fix with out cutting the wires to the round 7?
Hoping to head south on the 3rd. waited to order this Thinking it was a plug and play.
Now ck eng. light came on in the 08 toad I got a mo. ago.
Whats up?

I'm thinking it snaps on and off. try pushing up on the bottom close to the coach and pull up and out.
Good luck

Star Jet , Done and I'm happy. Turns out they do more than just paint BUT the paint job that the Ins. said would be 2x more that what they did it for So if you are in Ohio and want a tol. new paint or like me a touch up, I will go back to these folks..
Now for the Diamond Shield with more mold than my feet ( joke folks) and my almost new MH will look and work new again .
Thanks for the tips ! Ride Safe
