  1. I was wondering about the possibility of getting a bike rack installed somewhere in the parking deck? I think it would be nice to have somewhere covered and off the street for us to store bikes for short times. I ride my bike every day and bringing it in and out of the condo or storage locker is quite a hassle.
  2. Motorhome Refinancing is available for motor home owners who are looking for a lower interest rate on the balance of the note on the recreational vehicle they purchased at a time when the interest rates were higher. Refinance companies who offer these loans have web sites with online applications. These companies will contact the bank with the current loan, get the pay-off number and payment record. Many will get information from three or four lenders and pass that information on to the applicant for comparison. With that information in hand, the applicant then contacts the motorhome refinancing company with his choice, and the process begins. Most lenders will not consider a refinance loan under $40,000, and a credit score of at least 700 is required by most. There are some who will consider a credit score of 600, but they are few in number. Like many other areas of finance, motorhome financing is easier when a good credit score has been maintained.
  3. Contact a glass company or you need to remove the thermal panes from the casement. The thermal panes are two pieces of glass separated by and bonded(glued) to a metal frame. Once the seal between the metal frame and the glass is damaged then moist air gets between the two panes and the unit must be replaced. The unit is removed by taking the aluminum strips that hold the pane in place out of the window then pushing the thermal pane out of the window casement. Often this results in the thermal pane breaking. Glass companies do this kind of work all the time. Be careful and tell them it is not an emergency. Get an approximatel quote on the phone from a few companies before calling anyone in. Glaziers (the men that work for glass companies) are not the cutting edge of society so I suggest that you have someone one with you when you invite one into your home. They will often do the job cheaper for cash.
