  1. Purchased a new Greyhawk this past April in Ohio - was show model. When driving it home from dealer in Ohio - wife noticed the vehicle was listing to the right side a good six inches. Took it to a level lot and measured the distance between the ground and bumper and it was nearly four inches difference. the RV has two slides on the driver's side. Jayco says there is nothing wrong with it and offered to make a goodwill gesture to remove the shims from the driver's side if we would sign a release. Very poor customer service all the way around. There is a list of other little things wrong with it, but all within the scope of the dealer to fix. This is a bigger program. Looking to see if anyone has any similar experience - is this okay? It looks like it is going to roll over when going to the right. Thanks for any assistance - we are in Pittsburgh, PA.
