My best advice to you, whenever you experience problems with your RV, is to contact Tiffin directly. They know their coaches, and they are always ready and eager to assist you with any problems which arise. In case you don't have it, here is the number for SERVICE: (256) 356-0261. When you get through, dial Ext. 3309 (Danny Abbot), and explain your problem to him. TIP: have your vehicle VIN ready when you call. They will be able to pull up any history with that vehicle, based upon the VIN.
Another great source of information specific to Tiffin motor homes is the Tiffin RV Network, which you can access at <www.tiffinrvnetwork.com>. There, you will be able to talk to other Tiffin owners and get suggestions and tips regarding your specific model.
