You can have an internal bleed on a cell that will not show up with a load test fully charge battery's then separate and monitor voltage to see which one is the cause

You are not coming off the tank with pol fittings so you can not use the kit change the male pipe connector with a male run tee and use a sealing cap until you want to add a tank with a flex hose

I use military grade cans and donot fill to rated capacity so I have more room for expansion Carry on out side of passenger compartment and not vented in transit
