Have a 1995 40 ft. Beaver motorhome without slideouts with 150k miles and it must be stored in a commercial yard at $60 per month. Runs fine but driver is having health problems so touring is limited to summer and now looking at giving up touring. Looked at market value and it looks like a sale would not be worth the effort. Have thought about donating but haven't done anything about it yet. Any suggestions?
